Subra Space AI is a private record-keeping and organizational tool designed to assist individuals and family caregivers with capturing and archiving readings from home medical devices. Subra Space AI is not a medical device, does not provide medical diagnoses, and is not a substitute for professional clinical advice, evaluation, or emergency medical care.
If you or a family member are experiencing a medical emergency (such as severe chest pain, shortness of breath, acute stroke symptoms, or sudden severe headache), immediately contact emergency services (e.g. 911 / 112) or proceed to the nearest emergency room.
1. Nature of the Software
Subra Space AI provides offline machine vision (OCR) and local database storage to digitize and display readings from physical hardware monitors (such as OMRON blood pressure cuffs, blood glucometers, and digital thermometers). While our on-device models strive for high precision, digital optical recognition can be influenced by lighting conditions, glare, angles, and screen condition.
User Responsibility: You are always presented with a confirmation screen before any value is saved to your vault. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying that the extracted numbers accurately correspond to your physical device's display.
2. Subscriptions & Subra Plus
Personal Space is provided free of charge for individual use. Subra Plus is an optional in-app subscription offering multi-space family management and extended transcription features. All subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store accounts in accordance with their respective purchase and auto-renewal policies.
You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
3. Intellectual Property
The Subra Space AI name, logos, interface design, algorithms, and software code are the exclusive intellectual property of Subra Space AI and its licensors. Third-party brand names referenced in this application (such as OMRON, Accu-Chek, or Braun) are trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced solely for compatibility identification.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Subra Space AI and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the software, including any decisions made or actions taken based on measurements archived within the app.
